Eric Bews
Eric Bews has experience teaching students of all ages and experience levels. In his lessons, he focuses on building good technique, tone production, and exploring interpretation. As a pianist, Eric won awards at the Saskatoon Music Festival, the Saskatchewan Music Festival, the London Kiwanis Music Festival, and the Canadian Music Competition (CMC). He also attended the Orford Arts Centre Summer Academy, the Banff Centre Piano Master Class, and the Tuckamore Chamber Music Festival. Eric began his piano studies in his hometown of Saskatoon at the age of six. Since then, he has earned his Bachelor of Music from the University of Saskatchewan, and his Master of Music form The University of Western Ontario. Eric also holds a Master of Library and Information Science from The University of Western Ontario.
